I built a workflow that tracks WooCommerce product rankings, flags low performers, and automatically improves them using AI all without manual work.

What it does

  • Pulls all products from WooCommerce via API

  • Checks ranking and flags anything below 5

  • Sends those products (with full metadata) to a Monday.com board

  • AI analyzes why they’re underperforming + suggests better keywords & SEO

  • One-click approval updates the product in WooCommerce instantly

  • Weekly performance summary goes to Slack & Telegram

Result

The brand now gets automatic ranking alerts, instant AI improvements, and zero manual checking — a complete hands-off SEO optimization loop.
