I’m looking for a no-code automation specialist who’s experienced with n8n, GoHighLevel, and API-based integrations to help me connect and streamline multiple systems for a licensing and client management program we’re building.

The ideal person is detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working with tools like Whop, Gusto, Testimonial.io, and Google Sheets — with n8n as the central automation hub. You’ll be helping us connect sales, onboarding, CRM workflows, and automated payouts.

This is a special project that requires someone who understands both automation logic and business workflows. I’m looking for someone who can work closely with me and my internal team long term — not just for this build, but for ongoing automation, reporting, and operational improvements across several projects.

You should be confident with:

  • Building end-to-end n8n flows (webhooks, API calls, conditional logic)

  • Connecting CRMs like GoHighLevel or similar tools

  • Handling payment and membership platforms

  • Keeping documentation clear and systems reliable
