I build and maintain AI-powered n8n workflows, not just prototype them. Currently running production automation for a real estate client via Coretek Solutions.
What I’ve built and shipped:
- A production WhatsApp AI agent that qualifies inbound leads end to end — reads the message, asks the right questions, routes to CRM, escalates to a human when it’s outside scope
- Multilingual conversation flow
- Full integration stack: Twilio (WhatsApp Business API), HubSpot CRM, Airtable, Google Sheets
- A TTS voice-reply pipeline with a live fallback provider, so a single vendor going down doesn’t take the whole system offline
- Migrated the core automation from Make.com to self-hosted n8n specifically to fix a runaway per-operation cost problem. Flat hosting cost now, not cost-per-execution
Result: cut a client’s lead response time from 2+ hours to under a minute. They reported missing fewer leads
Stack: n8n, openai, Twilio, HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, JavaScript, Python, AWS, Supabase/Postgres.
I also debug my own production failures, including one where a variable mixup silently dropped a real customer’s reply into error handlers. Caught it via failure alerts, fixed it, verified the fix. I maintain what I build; I don’t walk away after launch.
