Hi, I’d like to see if anyone can help me. I’m from Mexico and have tried several times to pay for my n8n subscription. The problem is that it won’t accept payments from various debit and credit cards (from Mexico). I’m currently trying to pay, but the following message appears:

Please try again later. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team using the button below. Contact support
I already contacted the “paddle” payment gateway, the system that n8n uses, by email. However, I haven’t received a favorable response from them (terrible company). The problem is that my trial period has run out, and I still don’t know if everything I’ve worked on will be deleted.
Has anyone had this problem? And has anyone made a subscription payment with bank cards from Mexico? I would greatly appreciate your help.
I’ve already tried to contact them, but they haven’t responded either.
I’ve also created a new n8n account and tried paying with other payment methods, including debit and credit cards, but I keep getting the following message:
We are unable to take payment at this time. Please try again or use a different payment method.
I don’t think the payment methods work in Mexico. It’s a shame.
This is unfortunately a problem with our payment provider PADDLE. I have already created a case with them to hopefully make the error at least more descriptive.
A common cause is that the bank’s 3D Secure (3DS) authentication failed, but there may be other causes too.
I would suggest to directly contact paddle at [email protected] and provide the following details:
The last 4 digits of any other cards linked to the account
Date of the transaction
The expiration date of the card
Any other email addresses you have registered
The description and/or an image of the charge on your statement
Your location (ex: USA, UK, France, India)
The currency and amount of the charge
They will be able to give you a better understanding of why the payment failed.
I wrote to them as soon as you replied to us, but they haven’t responded. Maybe they need an AI agent to help them with their customer service… I find it hard to believe that there’s an issue with my card since I tried different ones without success. It seems more feasible for you to provide me with an alternative payment method than for Paddle to give me a solution.
Hello, Ria! I am a new customer and my trial was just finished. I am blocked with the payment issue too and UI says that my workflow would be deleted in 3 days. Please, help!
I have unfortunately run into the same problem. “We are unable to take payment at this time. Please try again or use a different payment method.”
I tried different methods, but nothing worked. My trial has just ended and I really want to continue using your product. Maybe you have alternative payment systems or you can extend the trial while you solve the problem with Puddle?
Hi. I’ve been having trouble for a few days now with the problem of paying for access to your platform and it seems my workspaces have been deleted? Is there any possibility to restore them until the payment problem is solved? There is a lot of important work there and it would be a tragedy to lose them!
Hi @Daniel_Khripko,
unfortunately there is not much that n8n can do about the payment failures. Paddle would be able to provide more information about as to why the payment failed.
However, feel free to email our support team about the trial extension.
We have also just started to allow for Paypal payments as well. If that’s an option for you, please let us know if this works for you!
I had a similar issue a while back and found it super useful to keep a regular export of all invoices on my end, just in case Paddle takes a while. While juggling that, I was also comparing the top digital asset management tools for game developer tasks where version control and collaboration matter. It helps to have smooth tools when one part of the system gets messy.
International payments can be tricky, especially with some gateways not accepting cards from certain countries. I’ve heard good things about antom.com—they’re a solid payment processing service that works well worldwide, including Mexico. Maybe looking into alternatives like that could help avoid these issues in the future.
