Hi everyone. We just published n8n-nodes-brault, a community node for Brault, a digital asset management (DAM) platform for creative teams and agencies. It is on npm with provenance and has passed n8n’s automated package review; the manual verification is in progress.
What it does
- Brault Trigger: starts a workflow on any of 58 Brault events (file uploaded, file processed, comment added, review link created, transfer downloaded, board changes, member changes…). It registers the webhook for you and verifies the
Brault-Signatureheader, so you never wire a raw Webhook node. - Brault node: 92 operations across 17 resources — libraries, folders, files (upload from binary, download to binary, import from a URL, move, copy, versions), boards and their properties, comments and replies, review pages, shared/review links, transfers (send files by link), bulk downloads, search, members and roles.
- Works as a tool for AI agents (
usableAsTool), so an agent can list, search or file assets on its own.
Install
Settings → Community nodes → n8n-nodes-brault (n8n 1.x or 2.x). Once verified it will also show up directly in the nodes panel on n8n Cloud.
Create an API key under Settings → Developers in Brault, paste it into the credential and press Test.
Three flows we use ourselves
- New file in a Brault folder → post the preview in Slack with a review link.
- Google Drive upload → import into Brault → create a review link → email the client.
- Comment added in Brault → create a task in Notion/Linear with the comment text and a deep link.
