[BUG] Weird issues when resizing "notes"

I am on whatever the latest docker image is, and am getting this weird annoying issue

Hey @RedPacketSec

This one was raised internally yesterday as an issue, From what I could tell it started between 200 and 202. Hopefully we will have it resolved soon but I will link this ticket to the internal issue so we can let you know when it has been fixed.
