Wanted to share a workflow I built — an AI customer support bot that runs completely on autopilot.
What it does
- Telegram bot receives customer messages
- Groq Llama 3.3 generates instant replies based on your FAQ knowledge base
- If AI can’t answer → escalates via Email + Telegram alert + logs to Google Sheets
Nodes used
Telegram Trigger → Set → HTTP Request (Groq) → Set → IF → Gmail + Telegram + Google Sheets
Why I built it
Wanted a zero-cost alternative to expensive support tools like Intercom.
