Can someone please get this template to work?

Hey, can someone plz try to get this template to work? Automated Meeting Recording & AI Summaries with Google Calendar, Vexa & Llama 3.2 | n8n workflow template

I even got in a call with vexa’s admin, but we couldn’t get it to work. The credentials are all good and I even got the bot to join the meet (not automatically when it started, but only if I take the node node apart from everything else and I provide the specific google meeting id).

The only change I did was replacing llama with basic llm chain connected to open ai model, but the workflow didn’t even get to that part.

So, if someone could help, it would be really great

You could also share the error you see and when it stops?

There is no actual error. Things just do not happen

Never heard of them. From what I’ve searched, they’re actually a paid service?

Mr neither, but they are the ones who created the template.

Were you able to trace the flow and find which nodes causes problems (not doing what it suppose to)?

Sorry for the late reply, but yes.
On the top part of the workflow, the bot will only join if you put the specific id of the meeting.

On the bottom part, the bot does not start recording from what I’ve seen and I have no idea if it would ever leave the meeting by itself
