The url you have on n8n credentials page and the one you provided in google cloud platform parity page do not match. This is what the error is telling you.
To fix this you need to either add your own email to the list of testers or switch the deployment mode to production.

I see, please check if you have the following environment variable specified:
N8N_DEFAULT_LOCALE
If you do, please remove it and restart your instance.
That is unless you are running the cloud version on n8n. Are you working with a self-hosted or cloud n8n?
