Cannot access n8n workspace or workflows — no response from support

I currently have zero access to my n8n cloud dashboard. I can’t log in, view workflows, or interact with anything. This issue has persisted for days and I’ve received no response from support despite reaching out through multiple channels.

To make matters worse, I attempted to post about this previously, and the forum shows my post only as a draft — despite having fully written and submitted it. This is beyond frustrating.

Here’s what I need immediately:

  1. Confirmation that my account still exists and what plan it’s on.
  2. A resolution to the login/dashboard access issue.
  3. Communication. Even if data is lost, I expect a human reply.

This situation has disrupted my work and severely damaged trust in the platform. I don’t want to escalate this further, but if silence continues, I’ll have no choice.

Hi Roland,

I am sorry to hear that n8n support is not responsive however I am sure they will get back to you.
In the interim, think about the worst case scenario

whatever you did in the trial 7 day - they may not be production / client workflows which is good.

I suggest , create a local n8n instance and re do the workflows. it will help you practice and get better too. I assume one would not create full fledged n8n systems in 7 days so it should be easily recreatable

Thanks for finally reaching out.

Here’s where I’m at: I built over a dozen agents on the platform — some with 12+ nodes, very complicated for me as I invested well over 100 hours. I’m not a developer. I’m a business builder who taught himself your system from scratch, fixed errors, hit walls, pushed through, and made it work. These agents were absolutely critical to my business.

I’m fairly certain I upgraded my account I just can’t find the receipt. That part’s on me. What’s not on me is the fact that I reached out to support on June 12, received only an automated reply, and have heard nothing since despite multiple follow-ups. Meanwhile, my account was taken offline with no warning and no explanation.

That’s not just a glitch, that’s negligence. And now I’m forced to rebuild everything from the ground up on a different platform. That’s lost time, lost momentum, and a major blow to the trust I had in this system. From what I’ve seen in the forum, I’m not alone.

If there’s anything left to recover here, now would be the time to step in.

Can you confirm that you have made a payment to upgrade your account.

What country are you from, did you pay with currency other than USD?

Some Banks dosent support Converting Transaction into USD instantly.
In my case i need to open a Multi Currency Account set in USD (bascily creating a USD currency bank account), to be able to pay, maybe you have the same issue.

Roland , I am very sorry to hear that. I personally am just another community member like you and do not work for n8n. Going forward, please try to backup your n8n workflow to a personal Git repo that way you wont lose your work. I am not sure if there is another way to reach out to the support but I think n8n needs to hire more support people, at least for their paid accounts.
