Cannot active workflow with Gmail trigger

image

I’ve originally reported the problem about 3 weeks ago but I was told the thread was marked resolved by mistake and that’s why it wasn’t responded to for the last 2 weeks now. At least other 2 people reported the same issue in the thread and Jon mentioned it on Discord that might be a known bug. Can someone please confirm if it was being worked on and if there was any workaround or more detail about what is causing this or if the Gmail trigger isn’t GA or otherwise fully supported?

Thanks,
Peter

It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • Operating system:

Please see the original thread here.

Hey @petholla

This is indeed a known bug with a GitHub issue opened for it as well, I will link this up with the internal ticket so we can let you know when it is resolved.

Hi Jon,

Can you link the ticket when you have a chance please so I know when the issue is fixed and I can re-active my subscription?

Thanks,
Peter

Pretty please?

Hey @petholla

Sorry I thought I also shared the link on Discord for this one, the GitHub issue for this can be found here: There was a problem activating the workflow: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'internalDate')" · Issue #11895 · n8n-io/n8n · GitHub

Oddly I had expected it to be fixed by now but I think we have been having a hard time to properly reproduce it. I will check the internal status in the morning.
