Cannot create an n8n account: unresponsive

When I try to create an account the form is unresponsive.

I have tried with different browsers, devices and in incognito mode.

Are you using cloud n8n? There is an issue right now that could be the cause: https://status.n8n.cloud/

Yes I am using the cloud version.

I have since received a verification email but receive the following message

”No workspace here (404)

Your workspace was taken offline. This usually happens when a trial or subscription has ended.

Are you a workspace owner? Open Admin Panel

I am a newbie here but have experience with other workflow platforms. When there is an outage do the workflows often stop and need to be manually reinstated, or does n8n automate this

Glad to hear it! Outages can be very different and affect various different services each time, so there is no definitive answer I’m afraid. I would always double check and subscribe for notifications from the status page to stay on top! (bell at the top-right)
