Cannot Deactivate or Delete Workflow – Error 502 (n8n Cloud)

Hi team,

I’m encountering an issue on the n8n Cloud platform with a specific workflow that cannot be deactivated or deleted.

Workflow could not be deactivated:  
Request failed with status code 502

I’ve tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Restarted the n8n instance
  • Updated to the latest version
  • Attempted from multiple browsers and networks

Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far.

Could someone from the support team please assist in forcefully removing or deactivating this workflow from the backend?
