Failed to register community edition: connect ETIMEDOUT 172.67.68.102:443
Cannot seem to register my community edition. Maybe n8n can have a page on thier site and I can register there and then enter the activatio key instead, as I see this issue keeps popping up on the forums.

This is not the same issue as the licensing server we had this morning. Your server can’t make the connection because of a local network issue.
I mean, I can ping that ip, I can telnet to that ip on 80 and 443. So what local network issue?
I’ve encountered the same issue as well. Same as OP, I can ping and telnet the address with no issue but still get the error. It took several minutes after pressing the submit button for the message to appear too.
Setup details
Running docker image (tag latest) through Docker Compose, with PostgresSQL setup as the database, running on an Ubuntu 24.04 VPS. Connection is reverse proxied & secured through Apache2.
Make sure that you have an IPv4 assigned to your VPS

No, it was either a docker firewall issue or a host firewall issue that was the cause.
