Yes, they are currently only visible to her. In n8n, credentials are private to the user who creates them by default, even within a shared workspace or project.
Your founder (the owner) needs to explicitly share the credentials with you or with the project you are working in. She should follow these steps:
Go to the Credentials tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Locate the Google Drive/Doc credentials she created.
Click on the credential to open its settings.
Select the Sharing tab (or the Sharing button).
In the “Share with projects or users” dropdown, she should:
Search for your name/email to share it specifically with you, OR
Search for the Project name you are both members of to make it available to everyone in that project.
Click Save.
Once owner has shared the credentials, they will appear in your dropdown menus. To replace your current credentials in your workflows:
Open the workflow that is currently using your credentials.
Click on the Google Drive or Google Docs node.
Find the Credential to connect with parameter.
Click the dropdown menu. You should now see her credentials listed there (they will likely have her name or a different label than yours).
Select her credential.
Save the workflow.
You will need to do this for every node in the workflow that uses those credentials.
Hi @Sayan_Banik, small correction to the reply above: a credential created inside a project belongs to that project, so its members can use it. One created from Overview goes into her Personal space. Can she check where hers are listed?
If they’re in Personal, she can use each credential’s Sharing tab to share it with you or the project containing your workflows. Then select her credential in each Google Drive/Docs node. If your editor has a Publish button, publish the updated workflows too; saving a draft alone won’t change live runs.
