Can't upgrade to Paid plan

I can’t seem to upgrade my trial account to a paid one

At first it was showing this issue when I was trying to pay for it for the first time

I kept trying for 2 days. until it showed a different error yesterday and it’s still showing the same error today. This is the new error

I already sent tickets to paddle support but they just said I should just keep trying on a later time but that’s what I have been doing for 2 days now :frowning:

Hi, try with Paypal. Have seen other threads with similar issues. Support seems pretty bad on paddle so wouldn’t expect much. If paypal dosen’t work register with revolut ore any other provider, it’s free to create and it gives 1 virtual card for free. There is Bunq aswell. Hope that helps!

I suspect it’s because of I keep trying to Pay because when I created a new account. It wasn’t showing that error

It probably blocked you after the failed attempts. Can you try running another browser and testing that way? If it still shows that it may be the account having a temporary block ore ip temporary block.

I think it’s an account block. Because I also asked my friend in Canada to login my account, it shows the same error.

That’s unfortunate. The block will probably disappear with time. But if you need it now you could create a new one, and just import the old workflows.
