Chat responses not showing up and duplicate executions

Describe the problem/error/question

There seems to be some weirdness with the chat trigger. I can write responses but don’t get replies back, even when I can see successful executions and valid output. Both the hosted and the embedded has the same problem. If set it to restore a session then I can see replies after a page reload.

Also, when using the embedded it seems to run duplicate executions, which is unexpected.

Anyone else seeing this?
