Cloud Instance got reset?

I need help from the support team asap.
I just came back from the holiday this morning and to my suprise my whole cloud instance got reset. Everything is lost: teammembers, credentials, projects and variables. It’s all gone and I’m having panick attacks at the moment

I’ve submitted a ticket this morning but still got no answer.
