Cloud Version - Workflow could not be activated: There is already an entry with this name

Describe the issue/error/question

In the cloud version it is not allowing me to activate my workflow.
I am receiving this error claiming there is an already an entry with this name.
Not sure if it is referring to the workflow name but I only have 2 workflows and the names are completely distinct.


It should be noted that I can run “Execute Workflow” and it will listen for the webhook and run correctly, so I am not sure why I cannot activate it?

Hi @cnvs, welcome to the community! I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Did you copy the workflow or parts of it by any chance? The “Acuity Scheduling Trigger” node would use webhooks under the hood which need have a unique URL. If a webhook URL is already in use, the activation would fail.

If that’s the case, could you delete the node from your workflow and add a new one from scratch (rather than copying it)?

I was copied yes.
I will try to recreate from scratch to see if that resolves it.

Yes that looks like it solved it thanks.
A bit of a vague error message if I’m honest.
If the message could have indicated which node was causing the error I would have attempted that approach before posting about it here.
