i n8n team,
Our n8n Cloud workspace has been returning 503 “Workspace offline” since last night.
All production workflows are down — this is business critical. We have 60+ active
workflows that support essential busisness needs that can not be full filed.
What we’ve tried:
- Accessing the workspace directly — 503
- API calls — 503
- Admin dashboard / magic link restart
- Raised a support ticket (no response yet)
We need someone from the n8n Cloud infrastructure team to look at this urgently. Is there
any other way to escalate or get a workspace restart?
Any help from the community or n8n team would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
welcome to the n8n community @Connect_Regenesis
Since you’ve already tried access, API, and restart via magic link, there’s no further recovery step available from the user side. At this point, the only effective action is escalation. I’d send a follow-up to [email protected] including your workspace URL, mention that production workflows are down, and clearly state the business impact to prioritize the case.
In parallel, if you have recent workflow exports, I’d prepare a temporary fallback (self-hosted) while waiting, since recovery depends entirely on the n8n Cloud team here.

ive seen this a couple times — usually happens when the cloud workspace hits execution log limits or theres a background backup running. apart from support escalation, have you checked if you can even create a new workflow? that’s another good indicator if its storage-related.

Unfortunately I can not access the workflow at all.. it is completely offline, tried restarting and it just keeps going offline.
