Hi, I can help with the workflow and reliability side of this, with one important boundary: I only work on compliant outreach systems using authorized/appropriate data sources, clear suppression/opt-out handling, and no spammy bypasses.
A useful first paid slice would be to audit or build one campaign pipeline: lead source rules, dedupe, enrichment, message state, sending limits, bounce/error logging, reply routing, and a manual approval step before anything goes live.
My strongest fit is n8n/API/webhook automation, CRM-style state tracking, data cleanup, OpenAI/Claude classification or message-prep steps, and making workflows observable enough that failures do not silently burn domains or leads.

I work a lot with cold outreach tools, and lately I’ve been focusing on ways to cut down on repetitive tasks, especially with lead follow-ups and appointment reminders. A big challenge for me was finding something that gets people’s attention but doesn’t annoy them like constant calls or spam. I’ve tried combining automated emails and SMS but still missed a way to connect on a more personal level without being disruptive.

For cold outreach I would focus first on reliability and guardrails: clean lead source, dedupe, enrichment, campaign tagging, CRM/status sync, reply routing, bounce/error logging, and manual approval where needed. I would not start by blasting volume before the data and deliverability checks are clean.
