As for the actual issue, perhaps @sirdavidoff from our product team can help with this? I know he’s the one most familiar with our telemetry.

Hi @Fernanda_Silva, my apologies for this error. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. How did you try to close the dialog? Did you use the X at the top right? Does the error still appear when you add some text, e.g. “123” into the textarea?

I tried writing a feedback then closing, or just closing and does not goes away…today remains the same issue!

I have a few questions for you.

  1. Which version of n8n are you running?
  2. How are you running n8n (Cloud, Docker, NPM)?
  3. Which browser are you using?
  4. Are you using an ad blocker?

@Fernanda_Silva, I received some feedback from our engineers. Is it correct that you’re using a self-hosted version 0.224.4 of n8n? It would be great to get more details on the questions that @Jon asked above.

Regarding your issue: Are you able to share the network request to the /rest/me/settings endpoint? It seems to fail there and it would help us to find out why.

Im using n8n in the browser, i dont use the desktop version.
Cloud, im using Edge, not adblockers.
