We’re looking for a highly motivated, customer-facing Integration Specialist who thrives in startup environments and can confidently support clients through onboarding, launch, and post-go-live success.
Role Overview
As an Customer Launch Engineer, you will work directly with our customers service manager(s) to ensure the successful build out, deployment, and operation of agent workflows. You’ll n8n workflow configuration, agent script optimization, and integration troubleshooting—ensuring smooth launches and high-quality customer experiences.
This is a contract role with a strong pathway to full-time employment based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Customer-Facing Responsibilities
Partner with Customer Service manager as a technical point of contact during customer onboarding
Support customer by n8n workflow creation, integration into customer CRM via API’s, configuration, and validation
Support customers in refining, and troubleshooting agent scripts
Provide hypercare support during and immediately after go-live
Technical Responsibilities
Build, configure, and optimize API and JSON integrations
Set up dynamic data flows, error handling, and workflow logic in n8n
Troubleshoot real-time issues related to APIs, data mapping, and automation
Collaborate with engineering teams for advanced or custom integrations
What You Bring
Strong, hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and workflow automation
Proficiency with n8n (or similar tools such as Make/Zapier—n8n preferred)
Deep understanding of JSON, mapping, transformations, and payload logic
Prior customer-facing experience: onboarding, implementation, or technical support
Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written)
Highly independent, self-motivated, and able to operate without micromanagement
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Must be located within the United States of America
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working with AI/LLM-based workflows
Background in customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering
