Create video from audio and image

Hey does anyone have a good solution, either through a workflow or using a third party API, to combine an image and audio together to create a video (just one frame throughout)? I’ve played a bit with ffmpeg but I’d rather not have to npm that into my n8n instance. A reasonably priced API would be fine. Looked on RapidAPI but no luck.
