Im trying to figure out how to set up a chatbot to receive a message like, “Find the information for Firstname Lastname”
the issue I can’t figure out is how to get the chatbot to talk to the ZohoCRM node “Get Contact”. i can get the data output to come as just the clients first and last name but the CRM node says this “The resource you are requesting could not be found”
I have my credentials setup and its showing green. Im new to this and just feel like im missing something obvious. any help would be appreciated!
