My trial account on my gmail had ended so I made another account with my icloud mail. In this account, I build a workflow, which I wanted to keep working on so I registered for the payed account. Now I wanted to use my gmail for this account, because the credentials don’t work if I don’t use it. SO my question is, how can I delete my account with this email, so I can use it for the payed account?
You can delete your account along with its data permanently from the admin panel associated with your email. Login into your admin panel from here.

The good news is you do not need to delete your old account or change your email address .
The email you use to log in to n8n Cloud is completely separate from the email you use for credentials (like Google) inside your workflows.
Here is the simple 2-minute fix:
Log in to your new, paid account (the one using your iCloud email).
In the left-hand menu, go to the Credentials section.
Click “Add credential” and create a new Google credential.
When the Google pop-up window asks you to sign in, use your Gmail account to authenticate.
Give this new credential a clear name, like “My Gmail Creds”.
Go back to your workflow, and in the nodes that are failing, simply select your newly created credential from the dropdown list.
That’s it! Your workflow will now work perfectly.
Your n8n login can be your iCloud email, while the credentials it uses can be from your Gmail, or any other account. There is no need to delete anything.

Hi, thankyou for your response! I have two accounts, one with my gmail ([email protected]) and one with my other email adress. I would like to use the gmail for the current account , but I can’t fue to this email already being used for the expired account. So how do I delete this expired account so I can use the email? The link sends me to the dashboard of my current account.

If you want to delete your expired account, you have to login into the admin panel of that account specifically. That means the magic link(which I provided above) must be sent into the email of your expired account. Here is an article on how to access your admin panel and delete your expired account.

Settings. Here is a page on how its done.
