We’re starting to use Zammad helpdesk system but currently have no way to automate queries and issues that are raised by ebay customers on the Zammad. I’m interested to know if this is a big task and if not, whether someone could get in contact about having this developed?
I just had a quick look, and you might need to do polling in the Post Order API. But without all the details, it’s challenging to be sure. Anyways, there are a couple of things you can do.
1 - Reach out to one of our partners
2 - Wait for someone in the community willing to do the job to reach out to you
3 - Provide a more detailed explanation of the job to be done here in the community so that the community members can help.
