Embeded Workflows causing error in forum

Hi @n8n_team @bartv or anyone else who can help.

When trying to post an embeded workflow in the forum, I’m getting this error.

It looks like the security settings think parts of the id’s from the workflow are phone numbers. Just wanted to flag that.

Best,

Robert

I’m also encountering an approval notification issue when embedding JSON.

@tridi

Interesting. Do you know any other n8n staff on here who we can tag? Just trying to get the word to their team.

I also don’t know, and sometimes I’m even afraid to tag staff in this forum lol. It seems like we just have to wait or we can send message directly to community staff

Thanks. @King_Samuel_David

I posted my error on that post as well. I’m sure someone on the n8n team will check the issues soon.

Yes, maybe there will be a chatbot feature that requires a human approval system for this forum, haha

Sorry about that! I’ve found the issue and fixed it.

Thanks @bartv !

It happens even with some replys that don’t have attachments.
I can understand that this might be to limit the flood posts aimed at earning points, but it should apply only to those specific users.
Applying it to everyone is a bit annoying.

Still seeing some things getting queued for “watched” words where there’s nothing obvious that should be in that list. Is there another place this needs to be fixed?

I don’t think so. I can share our watched words with you in private if you want to look into it more.

Update. It turns out (per @bartv) that the regex feature of the forums was enabled and MANY things were matching some of the blocked/watched words.

Regex matching was turned off earlier today and far fewer (none so far) posts are getting blocked or queued based on those word lists. Thanks @bartv for looking into it and (lets hope) eliminating all the false-positives.

I’ll have to find new things to block and give @hubschrauber something to figure out now! :joy:

But without joking: thanks for getting to the bottom of this man!
