Error 522 On Sign In

Describe the problem/error/question

When I try to sign in to n8n.cloud I either get a blank page or a page that says there’s a 522 error connecting to my n8n account. It’s been going on for at least 5 hours now.

What is the error message (if any)? 522

Hello Folks, not sure what version of n8n i using but while working on a workflow i got a prompt that server was disconnected then i upon refreshing my page i got a connection timed out: Error 522. If this is common issue please point me to any community page that explains troubleshooting steps if available. Thank you for your assistance!
