What is the error message (if any)?

ERROR: Cannot find module ‘crypto’ [line 1, for item 0]

workflow

  • n8n version: 1.7.1
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): own
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Docker
  • Operating system: Ubuntu

The crypto node works everywhere else and is inbuilt into nodejs, how come its not working here?

Hye @Roney_Dsilva,

Have you set NODE_FUNCTION_ALLOW_BUILTIN so that n8n knows it is allowed to use it?
