Error workflow not working after updating to 1.15.2

Hello,
Yesterday we jumped from 0.23x to 1.15.2 and since yesterday morning we are having issues with our “Error workflow”.
Whenever a workflow has an error and tries to call the “Error workflow”, also the latter throws an error.

What is the error message (if any)?

ERROR: Another workflow: (ID 177) tried to invoke this workflow to handle errors.

Unfortunately current permissions do not allow this. Please check that this workflow’s settings allow it to be called by others

The workflow is just an error node + discord node to ping my team.
