Etiquetas no whatsapp busniess

É possível usar o N8N para colocar ou trocar as etiquetas de uma conversa do WhastApp Business? Pois uso as etiquetas como uma forma de saber o estagio que meu lead esta no meu CRM. Queria automatizar essa parte, para o meu agente de IA enviar as mensagem inicias e classificar o leas como “novo contato” e se houver resposta do lead, trocar a etiqueta para “acompanhar”.

E também gostaria de saber se o N8N consegue automatizar o envio dos serviços que estão no meu catalogo do WhatsApp Busniess.

Regarding your questions:

​Labels: The Official WhatsApp Cloud API (which n8n uses) does not support labels. Those are only for the mobile app. I’d recommend updating the lead status directly in your CRM via n8n instead.

​Catalog: Yes, you can send products! You just need your Catalog ID and Product Retailer ID from your Meta Business Manager.
