Execution status is running almost 24 hrs and cannot be stopped

I’m using self-hosted n8n v1.47.1. There seems to be a bug where an execution is stuck in Running state and cannot be stopped. When I try to stop it, I get prompted with a Problem stopping execution. Is there a solution to this?

There have been a few updates to our executions since .1.47.1 - Releases · n8n-io/n8n · GitHub - would you be able to update to our latest stable version and confirm if the issue continues then?
