The Project:
I need an expert n8n developer to build a sophisticated Telegram Bot prototype from scratch. The bot will serve as an intelligent assistant, helping users create documents through a natural, conversational flow.
Core Technical Challenges:
Rock-Solid Session Management: The bot must handle complex, multi-step conversations. It needs to remember the context, ask clarifying questions, and reset cleanly after a task is completed. A previous attempt failed at this specific point (“stuck state” bug).
Conversational AI Logic: This is not a simple command-bot. The bot must feel like a real assistant. This includes:
Using an AI API (e.g., OpenAI) to extract structured data from unstructured German sentences (voice or text).
Intelligently asking for missing information. Example: If the user dictates an offer but forgets the travel costs, the bot must ask: “Should I add travel costs?”
Handling edits. The user must be able to correct the bot’s understanding (e.g., “No, not 3 hours, 5 hours”).
Data enrichment: The bot should pull data from a Google Sheet (e.g., customer addresses, material prices) to complete documents.
Contextual awareness: The bot should be able to create an invoice based on a previously created offer.
Key Features to be built in the Prototype:
A stable, multi-step “Offer Generation” workflow that results in a professional PDF.
A “Construction Documentation” workflow (Photo + Location). The bot should intelligently suggest a customer name based on the GPS coordinates and a customer list in Google Sheets.

Session management approach (brief):
I use a persistent session store keyed by user ID, with an explicit conversation state (steps, collected fields, missing data). Each message is classified (new input, correction, confirmation), allowing clean edits and safe resets after completion.
I’ve worked with LLM-based extraction from German text/voice, dynamic follow-up questions, Google Sheets enrichment (customers, pricing), GPS-based customer suggestions, and PDF document generation.

Session management approach (high level)
I’d implement an explicit state model per chat (stored outside the LLM):
• Each conversation step has a defined state + required fields
• LLM is used only for structured extraction and intent detection
• Corrections (“No, 5 hours”) update the stored state, not the prompt
• Missing fields trigger targeted follow-up questions
• On completion, the state is archived and reset cleanly to avoid stuck loops
This avoids the classic “LLM remembers too much” failure mode.
