I have a question, can I export my workflows with credentials already set to another n8n? When I import the flow do I have to create the credentials again and manually configure them inside the flow?
No this is not possible with the API.
There is some command line things you can do.(or at least used to.) There should be some examples on the community talking about it.

If you both export/import credentials and workflows no additional configuration is required.
