I am currently using v1.4.1 if I use variables now, they are displayed in RED and do not work.
With the variables from v0.2.2.5 (green here) they are interpreted correctly, but they don’t work either.
How do I use this correctly?

I tried to replicate your use cases on 1.4.1 and I don’t see any errors:
It would be useful to have the whole workflow to understand if it’s the structure or other nodes that cause the issue.
