Failed to deactivate trigger of workflow ID "xxxxx": "Called end on pool more than once"

My workflow has stopped working and I cannot edit or delete it. Every time I try to do any of these tasks I get an error " Failed to deactivate trigger of workflow ID “YKiEFk7zHk3wNht9”: “Called end on pool more than once”

deactivate/reactivate from the My workflows section it will work.
