Feed to social network similar to make o ifttt

Hello,

I’m trying to stop using IFTTT and Make, but I need a workflow that reads my content from an RSS feed to post later on a social network or telegram and that controls not to send duplicate content, and only send one post (or more if indicated) per execution. But in n8n it is not done automatically as in make.

Does anyone have something done that works well?

There are templates to do what you are looking for, for example this one
and to remove duplicates you can add a Remove Duplicates node which we have recently enriched with options to dedupe across multiple executions see docs
