Where is this file stored and is it possible to delete it at the end of the workflow?

Hey @Vasislav , the binary files are kept in memory during workflow execution. If you self-host the n8n instance you can instract n8n to store the files on the filesystem (including external), ClickUp node documentation | n8n Docs.
