One Business Process. A Fresh Look at What’s Actually Worth Improving.
I’m looking for one real business process to work with.
Maybe there is something in your operations that already feels inefficient, takes too much manual attention, keeps creating friction, or simply seems worth looking at more closely.
It doesn’t have to be a fully defined automation task. If there is something that bothers you, something you want to understand better, test or improve, that is enough to start from.
I’ll map what is happening, identify where automation could create real leverage, separate useful opportunities from things that are better left alone, and make the expected value clear.
Then I’ll take one contained opportunity and build a working test around it.
So before committing to a larger project, you get:
-
a clear outside view of the process
-
specific opportunities worth considering
-
an understanding of where automation would actually add value
-
a working test of one selected improvement
-
something concrete to evaluate instead of deciding based on assumptions
For this first case, I’m not charging an implementation fee.
In return, I’m looking for an honest written testimonial based on the work and result, and permission to publish a case study without confidential data, covering the process, what we found, what was tested and the measurable result.
If the test reveals more opportunities worth pursuing, I’m open to continuing on a paid basis.
My stack includes n8n, APIs, webhooks, PostgreSQL and structured data, with a strong focus on reliability and what happens outside the ideal scenario.
