Hi! I build and maintain n8n automations with a real backend behind them, not just drag-and-drop.

What I do:

  • n8n workflows end to end: integrations, webhooks, OAuth, retries, idempotency, error handling, cost monitoring. Self-hosted or cloud.
    • AI / LLM steps: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini via API - RAG with pgvector, semantic search, prompt and output validation, call/chat analysis pushed back into CRM.
      • Python when no-code hits a wall: custom nodes, API integrations, web scraping (proxies, anti-bot), data pipelines, Celery queues, FastAPI.
    • A bit about me: 2+ years in automation and AI. My main build is an autonomous AI sales agent for a dehumidifier retailer, live with real customers across five channels (website chat, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, phone) - it quotes live prices and stock, assembles the order and places it end to end, on Claude + n8n + Odoo, with guardrails so every price and claim is traced to a tool result, plus ~500 automated tests. On the side I built and run rucoymarket.com solo (a live game marketplace and price tracker, heavy on scraping and automation) and Knowrix, an EdTech platform with 200+ users. I work AI-first every day, so I ship fast and review the agent’s output.
  • Availability: part-time, 10-20 hrs/week, ongoing / retainer preferred. Timezone EU (EET, Ukraine). Async and written-first - I communicate clearly in writing.

Rate: $30-40/hr depending on scope. Open to white-label / agency subcontracting.
