I map it out and send you a fixed written quote with the scope, the price, a delivery date, and exactly what’s covered. Everything happens in writing, so there are no calls unless you want one. I build inside your own n8n instance on your accounts, test it properly against edge cases and failures, and hand over full documentation. You own all of it and can walk away any time.
Once it’s live, the Care Plan checks the covered workflows daily. When something breaks I fix it, and you get a written report every month, so nothing dies quietly three weeks in.
