I run my own n8n instance on a Hetzner VPS: 110 workflows, 81 of them live around the clock. Not a cloud trial - a server I patch, back up and keep alive myself. That experience is what I am selling.

EUR 300 - Self-hosted n8n, set up properly. Docker + Postgres on your VPS, HTTPS with auto-renewing certificates, authentication, automatic daily backups of workflows and credentials, restart-on-reboot, and a one-page handover doc so you can run it without me.
EUR 250 - Rescue an instance that keeps breaking. Workflows failing silently, executions piling up, memory creeping, credentials gone after a restart. I find the cause, fix it, and write down what it was so it does not come back.
EUR 200 - Build one production workflow. Scraping, data pipeline, Telegram or Slack agent, API integration. Includes error handling, retries and a failure alert - not a happy-path demo.
EUR 150 - Workflow audit, up to 15 workflows. Silent failures, missing error branches, pagination truncation, rules hard-coded inside Function nodes, credentials sitting in plain text. You get a written report you can hand to anyone.
Things I built and still run, in case it helps you judge: a Telegram AI-agent fleet, a job-order radar that polls 11 public sources every 20 minutes, and a quality watchdog that inspects the workflows themselves rather than their execution logs. I have a portfolio with screenshots and open source code - the forum will not let me post links yet, so message me and I will send them.
How I work: written communication only. I answer fast in English by text, and I ask the awkward questions before starting rather than after. 50% up front, 50% on delivery. If the job is small enough that you would rather not prepay, I will do it and invoice after.
