Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a freelance trainer to run a 12-week bootcamp on AI Agents & Automations for WBS Coding School.
The Gig
-
Setup: 100% Remote, full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 - 17:30 CET).
-
Commitment: Freelance blocks (minimum 4 weeks, up to 12 weeks).
-
How it works: It’s a flipped classroom. All curriculum, projects, and materials are already built. You aren’t lecturing all day—you are mentoring, answering technical questions, running daily live syncs, and helping students debug.
What you need
-
Tech: Solid n8n experience, regular Python usage, and hands-on experience building AI agents (APIs, OpenAI SDKs, etc.).
-
Languages: Fluent English is a must. Fluent German is a huge plus.
-
Vibe: You actually enjoy teaching, mentoring, and breaking down complex topics for others.

Hi! I’d be interested in this.
I work in AI agents & n8n automations (APIs, OpenAI, workflow systems) and also run a community of 4K+ people in this space, so I’m actively involved in building and sharing practical systems.

Happy to support the bootcamp and jump on a quick call to discuss details
Hi,
I’m interested in the AI Agents & Automations Bootcamp trainer role.
I have hands-on experience building AI agents and workflow automations using n8n, OpenAI APIs, Python, and various third-party integrations. I’ve worked on projects involving lead management, client onboarding, AI-powered assistants, CRM automation, and business process optimization.
I enjoy mentoring and helping others troubleshoot technical challenges, and I’m comfortable explaining complex automation concepts in a practical, beginner-friendly way.
I’d be happy to review the full job description and discuss how my experience aligns with the bootcamp.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Julius Ehis Shedrack
Guillem, the flipped-classroom/debugging shape is the part I can cover: n8n workflow structure, Python/API glue, OpenAI SDK agents, and helping students turn errors into a small reproducible case.
I can run it in English; I am not fluent in German. I’m Brazil/GMT-3, so 9:00-17:30 CET is early but workable for a 4-week block if the fit is right. Can you send the full description and the first block you need covered?
Hi Guillem,
This sounds like a great fit. I work extensively with n8n, Python, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation, and I enjoy helping others understand and apply these tools in practical projects.
I’d be happy to share examples of my work and discuss how I can contribute to the bootcamp. Feel free to DM me with the full job description.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Debby

Hey Guillem, I’m Misha, an n8n and AI automation developer. I’ve run similar bootcamps and know the flipped classroom model well—your students will be building agents with OpenAI SDKs and n8n, and I can handle the daily mentoring, debugging, and live syncs in fluent English with no handholding needed. I’m comfortable breaking down complex topics like API orchestration and Python-based agent logic, and I can commit to full-time blocks starting immediately.
