Freshdesk node removes existing tags

Hi all

The Freskdesk node is not respecting the current tags associated to a ticket. Instead, it exchanges them with the ones I set.

Our integration works in parallel with some existing rules in Freshdesk which are also settings tags. We need to keep all of them.

Sadly that is what the API does, and there is no independent endpoint to add/remove tags. You are going to have to do a get ticket, add the new one, and then reference in the update using expressions. So you always set all the tags again.

Awesome. This is what I’m doing. I’m not using the n8n UI but connecting directly to the n7n backend.

I’m getting the ticket but probably something else is slowing down the code and 1s is already way too much.
