I tested my freshworks CRM API on postman and it works fine and retrieve results, when i used freshworks crm module it returns no results, check below the screenshot. I tested the API credentials its passed successfully.

yes with HTTP request it works fine and it returns results.
Looking at your screenshot again, it does seem like the output has “1 item”. Have you tried checking the JSON tab?
