I am very sorry you’re having trouble. n8n would register webhooks under the hook when using the GitHub trigger node, so my initial guess is that multiple webhooks have been registered.

Can you head to the Settings → Webhooks page of your repository and verify if there are by any chance multiple webhooks with the same URL?

Thank you for your response. I checked the Webhooks on the GitHub repository, and I found only one webhook.
