We’re super excited to share that we’re working on an AI assistant that will be integrated into your favorite automation product. This assistant will be like a little expert sitting on your shoulder, ready to help you navigate, automate, and make the most out of n8n.
But here’s the thing—we need your help to give this assistant the perfect name!
We’re looking for a name that is:
Short and Memorable: Easy to pronounce and stick in your mind.
Wisdom-Inspired: Conveys a sense of intelligence and guidance.
Friendly and Approachable: Reflects the assistant’s role in making automation accessible to everyone.
Tech-Savvy: Something that resonates with our tech-oriented community, maybe even with a nod to iconic games, movies, or tech culture.
We’ve been tossing around some ideas like “Ada”, “Q” or even “M8”, but we know that you might have some even better suggestions!
So, here’s where you come in:
Share Your Ideas: Drop your name suggestions in this thread.
Tell Us Why: If you can, let us know why you think your suggestion would be a great fit.
Vote and Discuss: Feel free to upvote and discuss your favorite suggestions from others. Please note that the most upvoted idea will not automatically win.

I had a slight variation of this. I always pronounce n8n as just “innate”, so something like
inNate
or
'Nate with the apostrophe in front to signify it is a short version of a longer word.
