I want to know how to access global/normal variables to retrieve execution details, such as the start and end time of execution, and other relevant information. Can you please guide me on how to use these variables in a workflow?

you can do it with n8n node and Execution > Get method. List of available properties is located here:

in order to save that information in the workflow global variable you will need a Code node and $getWorkflowStaticData() method
