Grist filter not working

Describe the problem/error/question

I use the Grist integration and it works fine but the filter does not work because no matter what I insert, it will not find anything with the filter.

What is the error message (if any)?

No error message but there are no entries.

Please share your workflow

This is the output without a filter value. As soon as I add false for this auto suggested column name it does output no entries. The same applies for every column. What is the reason?

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.72.1
  • Database (default: SQLite): SQLite
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): own
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Docker
  • Operating system: Linux / unRAID

Fun fact I found out now

This filter with Done, which is a boolean value with only true/false available works even without a value. If I don’t add any value and only the column name the ones with true are unselected and I only get the ones with false.

Hey @CptDayDreamer , it’s a boolean value but n8n thinks it is a string. To get it working, switch the value to expression mode to use {{ false }} instead.
